Founder & CEO

Aaron Bectel, the Founder and CEO of Always Ready Recruiting, combines his military background and extensive experience in human resources to lead a recruitment firm built on integrity, service, and excellence. After serving five years in the U.S. Navy as a Cryptologic Technician supporting naval intelligence efforts, Aaron discovered his passion for helping others while taking on additional responsibilities guiding career development and training for his fellow service members. This experience ignited a lifelong dedication to guiding individuals in their professional growth.

Following his military service, Aaron transitioned to a career in Human Resources, where he quickly developed a reputation for his strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality results. Throughout his career in HR, Aaron has successfully placed hundreds of candidates across various sectors of industry, including but not limited to: manufacturing, logistics, maintenance, quality, IT, finance, administration/HR, sales and marketing, product development, and all levels of leadership. His ability to match top-tier talent with the right roles earned him opportunities to further his career in HR leadership as a Director of Human Resources. In this role, Aaron was responsible for overseeing HR operations across four organizations, supporting over 1,000 employees at eight manufacturing locations.

It was through his diverse experiences in both the military and corporate worlds that Aaron felt compelled to create Always Ready Recruiting. Driven by a deep sense of purpose, he wanted to serve veterans and hardworking professionals while also supporting organizations in finding the right talent. His mission is to help bridge the gap between exceptional individuals and companies that share a commitment to excellence and integrity.
